By accessing this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and the Catalogive Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. If you use the website for a business, you represent that you have authority to act for that business.
Website and waitlist
Joining the waitlist records your interest and allows us to send product updates or an invitation to use Catalogive.
Joining does not create a Catalogive account, connect a Shopify store or Pinterest account, guarantee access, reserve a price, or promise that any particular feature or launch date will be available.
You may unsubscribe from product email or request removal from the waitlist at any time.
Interactive workflow demonstration
The campaign demonstration uses sample products, generated or modified imagery, sample copy, and simulated workflow states. It is intended to explain the first workflow; it is not a live Shopify import or Pinterest publishing service.
Designs, workflows, integrations, limits, and availability may change before general availability. Demonstration content is not evidence of customer results, platform endorsement, or guaranteed product fidelity.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website unlawfully or violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
- submit another person's email without permission or use the waitlist for spam;
- probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure;
- introduce malware or interfere with security and abuse protections; or
- misrepresent Catalogive, the workflow demonstration, or your relationship with us.
Ownership and third-party platforms
The Catalogive name, “Cg” mark, website design, copy, and workflow demonstration are owned by Catalogive or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Shopify, Pinterest, Canva, and their marks belong to their respective owners. Catalogive is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those companies unless explicitly stated.
Links to third-party websites are provided for context. We do not control their availability, content, terms, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and demonstration are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Catalogive does not guarantee Pinterest traffic, reach, rankings, conversions, sales, access, or commercial availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Catalogive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or reliance on the demonstration. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Catalogive changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
