Information we collect
Catalogive currently collects limited information:
- Waitlist information: the email address you submit and the page from which you joined.
- Communications: information you include when emailing us or replying to a product update.
- Basic request information: IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security logs that our hosting and network providers may process to deliver and protect the website.
Joining the waitlist does not connect Shopify or Pinterest and does not give Catalogive access to your store, products, boards, or platform credentials.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- record and manage waitlist interest;
- send occasional product updates and relevant testing invitations;
- answer messages and support requests;
- protect the website from spam, abuse, and security threats;
- understand demand for Catalogive; and
- meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not currently use submitted waitlist information for third-party advertising.
Retention and security
We retain waitlist information for as long as reasonably needed to provide updates, manage invitations, meet legal obligations, and protect against abuse. You may request deletion at any time.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and the website should not be used to send sensitive store, payment, or account credentials.
Your choices and rights
Every product email will provide an unsubscribe method. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information.
Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your email address before completing a request.
Catalogive is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
